- Fun and Skill Building wrapped into one: We'll track in some of the most beautiful and ecologically diverse locations in the Southwest after pre-scouting by us to find the very best sites.

- Expert-Led Training: Learn from Certified Trackers holding a total of 3 Specialist and 5 Professional certificates to share with you their strategies for success, while providing you with personalized guidance at every step. We've made every mistake in the book, and have learned something along the way!

Register for two or more weekends for $325 each.
There are 10 spots available in each weekend class. All four classes have limited spaces available. Check with us to ensure a spot before you submit your payment.
3 Steps to Register
STEP ONE: Ensure there is a spot available for the program by clicking this CONTACT US link.
STEP TWO: When you receive response from us confirming availability you may register by paying your deposit via Venmo or PayPal (see below).
STEP THREE: Upon receipt of your payment we’ll confirm your registration and block, hold and reserve a spot specifically for you. We’ll remind you by email 2 weeks before the final installment is due.

Payment by check can be arranged if absolutely necessary. Venmo and PayPal are much preferred because we are on the road so often tracking around North America. Electronic payment makes it easier for everyone and creates a permanent and easily accessible record for you. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless you or we are able to fill your reserved spot. We will maintain a waitlist.
If we can fill your spot, you will receive a 100% refund of all tuition and deposits, less a $175 per student administrative fee. You will also receive a credit certificate in the amount $175 valid for any future SWTI program, valid for 18 months from the date of issue.
If you or we are unable to fill your spot, no refund can be issued because our per-person tuition is calculated on having full enrollment -- we have reserved that spot specifically for you. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to obtain a trip insurance policy now for a very low fee (as low as $23 to insure your $500 deposit or only $42 to insure the entire $1450 or $1750). Once enrolled in the Intensive, if you are unable to make it to a weekend, you can make it up by registering in any Wildtrack weekend in the same year, at a discounted tuition of $325.
We know that life happens, and schedules may change unexpectedly—please consider purchasing trip insurance to cover the cost of your tuition if you are unable to attend classes after you register. We've provided details and links to reputable companies below.
Please Consider $1450 of Trip Insurance For Only $42
We encourage you to consider trip insurance to avoid the sting of losing your tuition fees in the event you must cancel and we are unable to fill your spot. Purchasing trip insurance is simple—there are many reputable companies. Travelinsurance.com is highly recommended by Forbes and will present you with multiple options. A search in June 2025 resulted in $500 of coverage for as little as $23, and $1750 of coverage for only $43.
